For basic website maintenance requirements, the Source Projects Website Support Membership offers the following.
Minor updates to existing content (i.e. swapping an image, updating contact details/opening hours, replacing text)
Dealing with your hosting support if any issues arise
Reminding you about your hosting renewal, helping you update your payment details for your hosting if required.
Web traffic analytics and Monthly Reports (Sent at the beginning of the calendar month about the previous month)

Convert your membership fee into time for more extensive work:
Anyone who signs up to the Source Projects Website Support membership may convert the monthly fee into one day’s work after 5 months of payments and those who pay the yearly fee up front may use it as credits for booking in for two full days as you require. For annual members, the two days can be used consecutively or booked in separately during the year.
Uplevel Your Web Design Skills and Empower Your Team:
Anyone who subscribes to the Website Support Membership on an annual basis will also have access to The Source Projects Squarespace Web Design course, which may be helpful to educate your in-house team members or empower you to take more control over your website.

If this call leads to booking in for a day or more to carry out related work, the price may be redeemed against that fee.
A Strategy Call will help you get clear on the next steps to take to improve your communications or business development strategy. This call will be a brainstorm so make sure to have a notebook ready!

For project focus day bookings, members are encouraged to get in touch first about requirements before booking in the time in the calendar. This is so I can give you an accurate estimation of turnaround time and to ensure you do not overbook or underbook for your requirements.
Members will be subject to rescheduling and cancellation terms, as outlined at checkout and referred to in FAQ section below. i.e. Booking credits will be non-refundable or transferable if bookings are not cancelled or rescheduled in time or if requested information/assets are not provided before the scheduled booking.

The further ahead we plan, the better. You will always have access to my calendar so you can see my availability months in advance.

For a larger project that will take more time than 5/10 days, it is recommended that you book that separately (at preferential pricing) and use your credits for ongoing support and updates throughout the year. However, if you run out of credits during the year, you will have the opportunity to book another package.

For monthly members, you may exchange your fee for one day’s work after five months of payments as long as you have an active subscription.
For annual members, you may exchange your membership fee for two days of work during the year of your membership.
You will be encouraged to use your day credits during your membership but any unused credits will expire at the end of your membership.

For one-day or half-day bookings, you may cancel or reschedule this work up to 48 hours in advance. For booking blocks of 2 days or more, this time must be rescheduled 2 weeks in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule your bookings in time will result in the forfeiture of your credits used to book your time.

Depending on the work requested, you will be sent a list of assets and/or information required to carry out the work. Failure to provide this before your booking will result in the forfeiture of your credits.

Energy healings are carried out remotely via Google Meet. A healing session lasts between 1-2 hours. If you are interested in self-development and wellbeing support for your team, a full overview of services may be found here. This service is offered through Elizabeth’s healing platform, The Prism Works.

Yes, of course. Subject to availability, you may book in work by the day. Please email hello@sourcprojectsstudio.com a list of your requirements to receive a time estimate to carry out the work. A day’s work is subject to a fee of £750, which is payable in advance to confirm the booking.
